Role Overview
Redpath is recruiting Underground Charge Up Operators / Shotfirers for the Federation Mine project. The role suits experienced underground miners looking to join a major contractor with a strong safety, training, and career development focus.

• Charging development and production headings
• Underground shotfiring activities
• Working safely in accordance with site procedures and regulations
• Contributing to team-based underground mining operations

About You

• 2+ years underground experience in development and production charging
• Current NSW BUEL Shotfirer Licence (mandatory)
• Dangerous Goods Licence
• Current Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• National Police Clearance
• Strong safety mindset aligned with Redpath’s motto “Consider it done — safely.
